Yes, you can re-download your forms from the portal if needed. However, please be aware that any forms you download again will appear blank.

If you previously filled out a document but did not save it to your computer, the information you entered will not be stored. For example, if the file was deleted or closed without saving, you will not be able to reopen it with the information you entered.

For this reason, it is very important to save your documents once you finish completing them. Saving the file ensures that all of the information you entered remains available for you to review, print, or submit later.

If the document is not saved, there will be no way to return to where you left off, and you would need to download a new blank copy and complete the form again.
