Yes. You will need to send one complete copy of your documents to each credit bureau. This means you will prepare three identical sets of your submission package:

• One copy for Equifax

• One copy for Experian

• One copy for TransUnion

Each package should include your completed template, the appropriate affidavit, and your identification documents.

We recommend sending color copies if possible, as this can make identification documents easier to review. However, black and white copies are also acceptable if a color printer is not available.
