What should I do if I cannot find the digital download email?
All digital download emails are automatically sent to the email address used at the time of purchase.
How do I access my purchased products inside the portal?
To access your documents, you will need to log in to the Sterling Digital Law portal using the email address associated with your purchase.
How do I access the videos?
Once you log into your portal account using your email address and the six-digit verification code, you will have access to all of your materials within the portal.
How do I download the affidavits and credit repair forms?
All of your documents will be available together in the downloads section of the Sterling Digital Law portal.

To print your completed documents, go to the top of your screen and click File, then select Print.
How many copies do I need to print for the credit bureaus?
You will need to print three copies in total of your completed documents.
Do I send one copy each to Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian?
Yes. You will need to send one complete copy of your documents to each credit bureau.
