To print your completed documents, go to the top of your screen and click File, then select Print. Once you click print, you will be able to choose the printer connected to your computer. After selecting your printer, click Print, and your documents will be printed.

When you are ready to submit your dispute to the credit bureaus for either credit repair or student loan disputes, you should include the following documents:

• A copy of your Credit Repair Template or Student Loan Template

• A copy of either the Identity Theft Affidavit or the Affidavit for Inaccurate Credit Reporting

• Two forms of identification

These documents will need to be mailed to the appropriate credit bureau as part of your dispute submission.
