After saving your documents, you should click on the file to open it on your computer. This will allow you to access your PDF document and review it before printing.

To print your documents:

1. Open the saved PDF document on your computer.

2. Go to the top of your screen and click File.

3. Select Print.

4. Choose the printer you want to send the document to.

5. Click Print.

We recommend printing your documents in color if possible, as this can make identification documents easier to read.

You will need to print three complete copies of your documents:

• One copy for Equifax

• One copy for TransUnion

• One copy for Experian

Each set of documents should include:

• A copy of your Student Loan Dispute Template

• A copy of either the Identity Theft Affidavit or the Affidavit for Inaccurate Credit Reporting

• Two forms of identification
