To save your completed document, go to the top of your screen and click File, then select Save As. From there, choose the location on your computer where you would like to store the file.

We recommend saving the document as a PDF to your desktop so it is easy to find and access later.

Once the document is saved to your desktop, you will be able to open and review it using Adobe Acrobat as a PDF, or access the completed version that was saved from your web browser if you completed the form using Safari or Google Chrome.
