How does the digital download work?Updated 3 days ago

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from Sterling Digital Law confirming your order. Inside that email, you will see a "View Order" button. Clicking this button will take you directly to the Sterling Digital Law portal, where your digital downloads and video resources are stored.


To access your materials:

1. Click "View Order" in your confirmation email.

2. Enter the email address used at checkout.

3. A six-digit verification code will be sent to your email.

4. Enter the code to access your download portal.


Once inside the portal, you will see all documents and resources included with your purchase.


Documents included in your digital download may include:

• Affidavit for Inaccurate Credit Reporting

• Continuation Form

• Credit Repair Dispute Form

• Identity Theft Affidavit

• Student Loan Dispute Template (if purchased)

• Student Loan Continuation Form (if purchased)


All documents can be downloaded and used at any time.


Your portal will also include step-by-step instructional videos that walk you through how to properly use the templates and complete the dispute process.
