How long do I have access to my digital download?Updated 3 days ago

Your Sterling Digital Law digital downloads do not expire. As long as your documents remain in your portal, you will continue to have access to them.

If you prefer, you may also download the documents to your computer and complete them using Adobe Acrobat. Many users choose to download their files so they have direct access to them whenever needed.

When working with your documents, please keep the following in mind:

• If you download a blank template, it will remain blank until you enter your information and save it.

• If you complete a document but do not save it, the information will not be stored.

• Once you save a completed document, you will have access to that saved version on your computer.

If you need to make changes later, it is often best to use the Continuation Form to add additional information instead of heavily editing the original PDF, as editing saved PDFs can sometimes affect the formatting.

We recommend downloading your documents and saving them to your computer, such as on your desktop, so you can easily access them whenever needed.

If you want to keep both blank templates and completed versions, you can save them using different file names. For example, you may keep a blank template saved in a folder and save your completed document under a different name once you enter your information.
