Once I finish completing the document, how do I save it properly?Updated an hour ago

Once you have finished completing your documents, you will need to save or download the file so that the information you entered is stored as a PDF.


If you are completing the document in a web browser (Safari or Google Chrome):

After finishing the form, click the Download button. The document will then download as a PDF file that includes all of the information you entered while completing the form in your browser.


If you are completing the document using Adobe Acrobat:

You can save the file directly to your computer by following these steps:

1. Go to the top of the screen and click File.

2. Select Save As.

3. Choose the location where you want to save the document on your computer.


We recommend saving your documents to your desktop so they are easy to locate and access. You may also create a folder on your desktop to organize your credit repair or student loan documents if needed.


Saving your documents ensures that you have a copy of the completed PDF with the information you entered, so you can easily access, review, or send the documents when necessary.
