All digital download emails are automatically sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered there.

If you are still unable to locate the email, you can submit a request for assistance through the support option available on the portal.

Please make sure that the email address entered during checkout is correct, as all order confirmations and portal access links are sent directly to that email address. Sterling Digital Law sends the order access email only to the address provided at purchase.

Sterling Digital Law does not automatically resend digital downloads to different email addresses. If an email address was entered incorrectly during checkout or if the email account cannot receive the message, you will need to contact customer support for assistance.

Any request to resend materials to a different email address will be reviewed at the discretion of Sterling Digital Law. This policy helps protect digital products and prevents unauthorized sharing or duplicate access to purchased materials.
