When purchasing your digital download, it is very important that you enter your email address correctly during checkout. All order confirmations, portal access links, and verification codes are sent directly to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Once you enter your email address to access the portal, a six-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox. If you do not see the code in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.
If you still do not receive the verification code, you may need to verify that the email address entered during purchase was correct.
If the email address was entered incorrectly or there is an issue receiving the email, you will need to contact Sterling Digital Law support so that a case can be created for your order.
