Where is the email for the digital download located — inbox, spam, or another folder?Updated 3 days ago

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from Sterling Legal Digital containing access to your digital download and portal.

This email should appear at the top of your inbox for the email address used during checkout. The subject line will reference Sterling Digital Law and your order.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may occasionally filter automated emails there.

If the email is located in your spam folder, simply open it and mark it as "Not Spam." This will allow future emails from Sterling Legal Digital to go directly to your inbox.

Once you locate the email, click "View Order" to access your portal and download your materials.
